    I think you want one of these choices, but I am not sure.

    You have an emergency startup disk and you want to boot your PC from the emergency startup disK?

    Put the floppy disk in the slot, power on the PC.

    You want the PC to boot from the C: drive now that it (the C: drive) is restored?

    As the PC boots, hit the Delete key (or F3) or whatever your BIOS tells you to do. In the BIOS, select the disk to boot from as C:
    Save your changes. Let it boot from floopy. Reboot without the floppy disk in place.
