    Can you edit the Chit Chat description?

    We tend to get a lot of newbies posting in Chit Chat about VB Questions because of the implication of the description:
    This is the place for all your off-topic posts.
    Maybe it could be something like:
    This is the place to talk about anything but VB programming
    But something a bit more tactful.
