How to include Help with VB App??

Can anyone help?? I have a VB application and I just finished the help file. I have tried using the help documentation from VB to figure out how to be able to use the new help file. When I try to access the help file from the app, it always says it can't open the file.

I am using a .chm help file. I have looked all over the MS site, but it only says the same stuff as VB Help. Can anyone help out or point me in the right direction?

Thanks, but that is for WinHelp files (.hlp). The conclusion says the the Windows 98 HTML Help is out of the scope for that article. There are two links to MS sites for HTML Help, but they are dead links now, go figure. Does anyone know how to add support for HTML Help (.chm)?

I know this is probably a dumb question, but why can't I just shell to pull up the .chm file?
