I want to remove a project from SourceSafe. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this accomplished?
Has anyone tried it before?
I have not found any information on getting a project out.

Simply select the folder containing the project and press the 'Delete' key!
Project Gone!

I want to remove a project from Sourcesafe - but still have the project.
I just want to get the project out of SourceSafe's grasp. So I do not have to check out/check in everytime I want to make a change or run the code from the design environment.
Thanks for any suggestions.

You can delete the project from sourcesafe without deleting the local files by simply clicking on the project and choosing "delete". However make sure that the delete local files option is turned OFF. You can find this under options/local files.
