how could I make a button send the text in a text box to a certain email without having to email anything, and making it all happen within the program and not open up any other programs like Outlook?

You can't. I believe that you must open up a client of some sort to do this. You can, however, open outlook in such a way that the user doesn't know. If this meets your needs, let us know and we will show you how.

The code doesn't work for me, im guessing cause im on DSL, it says no connection. But yes, I am interested in the other way you were talking about... Please explain.

This post will show you how. You can also search this forum and find about 50 other ways of doing the same thing. So if this isn't a perfect fit, search for Outlook and find what you want.
