I am in need for VB5/6 decompiler. Has anyone know is it exist and by who/how to get
it.

As far as I'm aware there's only a De-compiler for VB3.

Actually, there is a VB4 decompiler too. And the man who wrote the VB1-4 compilers (Dodi), is also working on a VB5/VB6 compiler (like $299, though.)

What do you mean by 'decompiler'? You mean the opposite to compile? - like someone can dismantle your .exe and view the millions of hours of sweat, blood and tears of code and programming you worked on. Let's hope it never happens.
By the way, is it easy to hack, or whatever, into someone's program, or almost impossible?
