Peer to peer?

I want to make a peer to peer application with VB. Is there anyone who can help me out a little. Since I have no experience with communication between 2 applications. The thing I can't manage to reallize is, to send a string for example, to an other VB program and have the string presented in a textbox.


It would be helpfull if someone can post an example, since this is the easiest way to understand this type of programming.
