i dont know much about conventry so i cant really answer that

there will be a KING (me), Queen (havent found her yet)
and a male council, and a female council

King makes the final ruling on the male council decisions if there is a dispute
and Queen to do the same

there are 3 levels

1. will be for new ladies, anyone less than 18 years old
2. 18-35
3. 35+

we will be at level 2

i need people for level 2
and to remove people from level 2 if the dont meet the age requirement
as well as bring those that just turned 18
