    Visual Source Safe prompt? - RESOLVED



    Does anyone know how to turn this prompt OFF ?

    In VSS there's usually a "Only show this dialog when the Shift key is down"; is there one here?

    Go to Add-ins then Add-ins Manager and then Highlight Source Code Control and make sure that "Loaded/Unload" and "Load on Startup" are not checked.

    No, I couldn't find that dialog. The only way I could find to turn it off was to do :


    Tools
    Options
    Advanced
    Integration
    Choose SourceSafe Database
    (use default / prompt)


    and select the 'use default' option.
