    I want to alpha blend a bitmap to the screen!

    ive searched and tried but it wont work..... i got the desktop dc and alpha blended to it but nothing happens. I'm using the Alphablending dll......

    so can anyone help me with this?

    If you are using Win95/NT (4 and under) it won't work.

    i solved that problem... now the other problem is i want to refresh the screen so it wont stain the windows.......

    anyone can help me?
