What do you think of VC++ and borland C++ builder, which one is more powerful, if you can give me extra information about them,,,

I don't think he knew about that. Besides, it was a debate of C++ and VBasic.
Anyway, since Microsoft made Windows, they obviously know Windows a lot better, therefor, Visual C++ is more flexible.

Borland C++ Compiler 5.5 is free !

Interesting. I saw Borland C++ Builder 4 in a magazine for almost $500...or maybe that was Delphi.

delphi enterprise is about $2500
and so is borland C++ BUILDER..
Borland C++, or turbo C++ is cheap...
its the builder thats expensive....
oh, shouldnt this be in the C++ section?

I just finishd downloading the Borland C++. It was not too good so I just deleted it.

This may be a dumb question, but I don't use C++. What does Borland C++ Compiler 5.5 do anyway?
