Hi Bebe Try This out

SELECT testdate FROM tbltest WHERE DATEDIFF(hour,testdate,getdate()) <= 1

Or

SELECT testdate FROM tbltest WHERE DATEDIFF(minute,testdate,getdate()) <= 60
