I have an application that uses the Crystal Reports included with Visual Studio 6.0 to create and print the reports.
My problem is that on about 1 out of 5 boxes, that the app gets installed onto, the printouts won't print. I don't know why this is occuring. I think that there is something missing on the boxes that don't print, but I don't know what it is. Is there a reference, a dll or another file that I need to include?

Zempet interesting problem
Ok if you include the crystal report dll...no problems ya don't need anything else....the actual report is being included in the distribution right...
Maybe add a common dialog call to allow the user to select which printer they want to output to.
Does the report appear on the screen for those PCs who caren't hard copy it???????????

Check whether there is any printer installed on these computers.
When you see the report on screen and if the print button on the top toolbar is disabled, it could be that there is no printer installed on that computer.
