    Help file corupted

    Please help me........ Something is wrong with my vb help file.......... it used to work fine but not anymore ....... how big is the file and could someone send it to me? thank you very much. i tried tio find a way to get it in microsoft.com and i couldn't find it. thanks!

    i cant find it

    I am looking on that and i cant find the vb.hlp file anywhere to download.............. i want the file........ i deleted the old one and my dad has the visual stuido cd , he just gave me basic and C++ out of it....... i want to be ablt to press F1 in vb and get my help file back on it...... does anyone have it and a cable dsl connection to send it to me?

    my dad lives 12 hours away from here and he said i shouldn't have deleted the help file
    but it was corrupted



    there is no way i can get that file again without going through my dad?

    The VB5 help file (just the main one, not the millions of supporting ones) is just under 2 MB.

    i didn't steal this program. my dad gave me a copy of it......... i was just wondering if someone can send me the basic vb.hlp file thats all im sure i need....... if you want to be all mean about it just dont reply please!

    If you have broadband I might upload the VB5 help...but why not just get the CD so you can have all the help? It's 10 MB total...
