Ok who knows how to access the MIDI instruments and get the different notes and stuff like a keyboard. If i click a command button i want it to play the Middle C key.

You can do that with DirectMusic I think... don't quote me on that though.

You should be able to find something on the net, just do a search on google. If you find anything, let me know, Id like to do something like this in my spare time.

the website for msdn is msdn.microsoft.com right? i dont really go to msdn that often...i'll check it out though.

You should at least be able to read C++. If you have any questions, just ask me, or in the C++ forum. It's not all that different.
It's in the Library.
