i hate hosts!!
Grrrr
I got a new simple host for 30£ a year... when setting up my email i noticed in my control panel, it said that i had to use the outgoing SMTP server of my ISP, and as I use AOL they dont have a smtp server!! Grrr
Now, they will refund my money, but only 20£ of it as they say 10£ was setup fees... is this really on? or am i entitled to have the full refund... as they didnt say anything about this weird outgoing SMTP
the host is www.i-hosts.co.uk
cheers
simon

My host requires me to use my ISP's SMTP server as well. I'd think that would be pretty common, with SPAM as big a problem as it is.

Get these: Mozilla Opera OpenBSD
I have books for sale: "MCSD in a Nutshell" and "VB Distributed Exam Cram" - PM me for details. Will also trade for a decent ATX Pentium 2 MB/CPU/RAM combo.

Well not comission persay, but you see we buy products from one of Microsoft's distributors in the country (only about 2 or 3), and then mark up the prices and sell them on
