This has nothing to do with vb, but I don't know where else I could find help...
All of the sudden one day I cannot drag items on my computer, If i open vb i can drag the controls around, but on plain windows like on the desktop and in the file exlporer, it wont let me drag items, I clikc them and hold and try to drag but nothing happens. I have no clue what happened. Im using win98 if that helps, and also i think the day before it happened or sometime before it happened I was messing with my registry deleting stuff out of there, like napster and this other program, I dont think my registry has anything to do with my problem, but just incase it does, I thought i might say that. Oh yea, and the last thing...I have tried to restart my computer many times and it still doesnt work. If you know what might be causing the problem please let me know. Thanks for taking your time to read this.

This happened to me before. What you have to do is re-install Windows and everything will be fine. It might be a little long but it's the only way.

Thanks for replying, but I cant re-install windows, I would loose too much stuff, that I cant store anywhere else. Does anyone else know another way to fix this? Please let me know. Thats really weird though that one day it just stoped letting me drag and drop, Im also real curious to what would cause this. Anyway, let me know if anyone finds anything out or knows anything. Thanks

This is just a bug in windows...Re-installing Windows won't make you loose your data, I've done it before and it works.
