Yes, there are some Macromedia controls that you can add to your projects.

I'm not sure on how to use it because I haven't myself, but to get them right-click the Toolbox (not the toolbar), select Components, check the one you want (it probably is something like Macromedia Flash...), and hit Okay; a new button for the control will appear in the toolbar.

I've heard it's a pretty involved control -- has access to the programming language of Flash and that (this is what I've heard)
