help please
when trying to use winsock in my program i get this
"Licence Information for this componet not found. You do not have the appropriate license to use this functionality in the design environment."

1. Do you have SP5?
2. In a command prompt, switch to your system directory and type "regsvr32 mswinsck.ocx"

How didn't it? Did you get the "DllRegisterServer succeeded" or some error message?

I got the Message that it succeded but it still gives me the same error message when I run vb again.

1. Do you have SP5?
2. Have you rebooted? 
3. If all else fails, just give up and reinstall VB.
