IMHO, none of them! Last week I saw a documentary wich featured the (Y)F22 (prototype model designation) and
the competing plane. (I don't remind the name, though) but from
the Norththrop company.

They showed both airplanes in flight. And men!! The
other airplane simply overclassed the F-22.
It flew (without afterburners) with a speed of Mach 1.5
They were competing with each other for cashing in the
goverenment order to produce the next-gen fighter plane.

Result:
The F-22 => next - gen fighter
The other plane (both prototypes) were destroyed..
