Ok, I want to activate either mousemove or mousedown event in design mode. Is that possible?
I know it's not but I just want to know if i'm wrong or not. I hope i'm wrong.

writing software in C++ is like driving rivets into steel beam with a toothpick.
writing haskell makes your life easier:
reverse (p (6*9)) where p x|x==0=""|True=chr (48+z): p y where (y,z)=divMod x 13
To throw away OOP for low level languages is myopia, to keep OOP is hyperopia. To throw away OOP for a high level language is insight.

No It's not, there's ways around it though, tell me what you're trying to do.
If it wasn't for this sentence I wouldn't have a signature at all.

OK, here's what i'm doing. I'm working on an ActiveX with two User controls, the first is a toolbar that can contain things and the second is my ie-button (That's on my hp). And When i draw a new control or drop one by pasting it into a toolbar i need it to notify the toolbar. Also when i push mouse down and move the mouse (moving the ie-button) around it should notify the toolbar. The toolbar will correct the ie-buttons while i'm moving them so that they will be arranged like they do in an Ie-toolbar. And all this in design mode, not in runtime.
