    Question Why does VS act strangely?

    I am running VS2015, version 4.8.03761 on my Windows 7 machine. I opened a project, ran it, no issue. However, the second time I tried to run the project (same VS session), VS did not run it. I put a break point at essentially the first line of code and it was never hit. To make it work again, I either have to reboot my machine or carefully go through Task Manager and kill all processes that weren't running right after the reboot.

    What the heck is going on?

    more info: Just happened again. I closed VS, waited ten minutes or so, and the program ran again.
