Member session timeout

Hi

I noticed several times, that if I take to much time to write a message, I have to login again when I send the message.
Result:Sometimes it's good, sometimes it returns on the posting form (and the text area is empty), if I click on "Previous" of web browser, to return to the page where my post was written, no better result, the textarea is empty, in both cases I lost what I wrote
When I think, I copy/paste in notepad, in cas of I have to type again, but I don't think each time (and it's anoying).

Shouldn't the session be kept at least all the time the browser is opened?
Also, no option to "Stay connected" like the majority of forums?

If you're going to take all day to type a post - type it outside the site.... Then copy and paste it back into the post box.

Think SECURITY... The system can't tell if you're slow or if you walked away mid sentence and went to lunch
