    I want to connect two computers using modems and telephone line from VB6.0, please help me in detail or example.

    Using MSCOMM control send the modem

    ATDT(phone number here)

    and make sure on the other pc you set the modem to auto answer, otherwise it will just ring out. you'll need to read the manual for your modem to find out how to turn 'auto answer' on using the command line strings
