The method you provided is a lifesaver and works perfectly in 2025 under Windows 11.

Am working with arrays of multiple UDTs containing one or more dynamic arrays of pointer values. Some of the pointers arrays are not dimensioned. Any other method would have been clumsy at best as positive, negative and zero values all result in different actions.
