Look at his gesture, which he did twice, and then go look at footage of Neo-nazis saluting. His movements are almost identical, his hand goes to the same part of his chest and he throws the arm out in the same way. This is more than just being not concentrated, it is the same gesture.

Autism isn't an excuse for that kind of behaviour, you don't accidentally do a nazi salute twice.

In a nutshell, it manifests as social awkwardness and increased levels of distress in high sensory input environments. There is nothing about autism that would include involuntary gestures, clumsiness when making gestures or an inability to understand what a Nazi salute is.

Fascism is a far-right political ideology that emphasizes nationalism and authoritarianism, while Nazism is a form of fascism that also emphasizes racial ideology and genocide.

I'd say Musk is closer to being a fascist than a Nazi. Though mainly an authoritarian. The only nationalism he has is how much money can he make off our country.

I've never seen anything that would suggest he believes in genocide. I'll admit I don't follow Musk that closely.

The gesture was a very bad, it was completely inappropriate. But I'm not going to call him a Nazi over that one stupid act.

If he repeats it or other acts of Nazism surface, then my opinion could change quickly.

The JFK assassination is a really popular topic for conspiracy theories here. Particularly strong with his base / the very far right. Not sure what people are hoping to find there tho. The conspiracy theories fall apart under even the most basic of scrutiny.
