Unable to retrieve language and code page information error (VB6)
Error: Unable to retrieve language and code page information (-2127660982).
An end user ran into this error message yesterday. It was not generated directly by the VB6 code. I did an internet search and found zero references to it (which in today's world is a rarity).

Perhaps you should also provide your API's and code in the Background to fully understand what is being called.
