    Unhappy

I have to copy some source to my client's machine, which have the VB5 already.
I found that a control Threed32.ocx cannot be used in Design mode, I was suggested to uninstall VB and try again.

Actually, I format the hard disk, reinstall Win98, reinstall VB5 SP3.

After all these, I do not found the Threed32.ocx in VB (when I press Ctrl-T)

I copy the control from my machine to his machine, and then use RegDrop to register. It said successful, but I still cannot use it in design mode.

Can anybody help me in solving this????

    Thank you for a lot!!!

Threed32.ocx is no longer a standard part of VB. I think it was dropped after VB4. However MS continues to distrbute it on the CD. Usually its in the tools directory on one of the CDs. There should also be a file call Vbctrls.reg just double click on this file and it should register the controls correcty. This is from the kownledge base article #ID: Q177799
