Please remove the bin and obj folders if you want to re-upload, but since you really need to say where the error is, and what it is, before anybody is likely to help, perhaps just posting the relevant code would be better.

I doubt that just the relevant code is that long. Why don't you start by just posting the code from the method/sub/function that the error occurs in, and then indicate what the error is and what line the error happens on.
