Stop Blinking

I have a program that has an icon in the systray and when the user minimizes the main from, I hide the from. Then when the user clicks on the icon in the systray I set the form to be in front and unhide it. But I have this problem when I unhide the from it blinks in the task bar and on the forms border. How do I get it to stop doing that?

I think this depends on the update speed of your Monitor.
