Whatapp API in VB.net

I'm looking for a Whatsapp API (free or not) that let me send text messages in VB.net.

Since I have to create a Desktop Application for more than 100 PC and every user of the PC need to send whatsapp text message with its own phone number to others number, I'm looking for an API that let me subscribe a profile that let me set many numbers as "senders" with a cheap price for month

Is a service like this existing ? Or I have to create a subscriprion for everty "sender" number ?

I don't want to sound brash, but did you bother to do any research? I searched "whatsapp api" in my favorite search engine and literally the first result was https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/

Thank you for link, I saw it but this is what he says

To use this API, you need:

A Business Manager with a WhatsApp Business Account linked to it
A Meta Developer Account
A Meta Business Type App that has been added to your Business Manager
An access token
A System User access token created in the WhatsApp Business Accounts tab of the Business Manager , to access assets for a business manager
A User access token via Facebook Login , when your business will be acting on behalf of the User
The whatsapp_business_management permission
If your tool does any set up related to Business Manager, you might also require the business_management permission


I have to do all these steps for every PC/Phone Number ?

The problem is that I want an API where I define all the 100 sender phone number and then evryone of the 100 user can send messages directly from my application installed on thery pc easly.
I found Ultra msg that is very nice but is very expensive.
I found whatmate that is also good but Before the recipient can receive a WhatsApp message, he ill need to register the Gateway in the address book.


Something cheaper or without registration in address book from the receiver side ?
