    Talking

Is anyone trying to set up a programming group over the net?
A groups creating games in visual basic?
Or a group which needs a new member?
I am really enthusiastic to be in such a group, so e-mail me or reply to this post if any of the above is true.

    Thanks in advance!

    Are you a good artist?
    Use
writing software in C++ is like driving rivets into steel beam with a toothpick.
writing haskell makes your life easier:
    reverse (p (6*9)) where p x|x==0=""|True=chr (48+z): p y where (y,z)=divMod x 13
To throw away OOP for low level languages is myopia, to keep OOP is hyperopia. To throw away OOP for a high level language is insight.

I need more artist for an RPGgame using DirectDraw, not opengl. It's tilebased 2d and we need tons of design

What sorts of graphics are you looking for?
Well, it's a pentium parrot, besides, it's only a decimal.

We're just working on the engine and our artists are working on some sample tiles so we haven't worked out a story yet, but you can do any graphix you want to.

What kind of tiles do you have? Actually need to have artists to join and do the artwork when we've come up with the needed tiles and scenes

I've tiles of the landscape, for example grass or a way, walls, water etc.
    WHAT YOU WANT!
You only have to precise what you want.
Normally, I'm not an artist. I like programming games. But if you want, I can send you some tiles, I've made, and then we can see if you want me to join or not.

Right, just zip them down and send to:
    [email protected]
But that's my second mailbox, just for files so use this instead when you contact me:

    Question Isometric or Rectangular?

    1. Isometric:

    /\
    \/ a little bit wider

    2. Rectangular:

    ___
    | |
    |___|

Now you've got the choice: ___

    Thanks!
