anything is possible in any language ... It comes down to time, money, and effort ... and how much of each of those you're willing to put into it.

I'm not sure it really counts if you have to make it your full time job for years or hire a team to recreate the language from scratch with an ability that just can't be done otherwise.
Like you just can't make an x64 program in VB6, or write kernel mode stuff in .NET, Java, and many others.
You could make a new language that superficially appeared similar, but it wouldn't really be the same language at all under the hood.
If I'm wrong and someone has figured out how to do these things... well by all means, revolutionize the language
