Question How to track files copied to diskette

I want to see if someone is stealing files from m computer.

im not a wiz with the API, but all i can think of is to have a program in the background constantly checking the floppy drive for a disk, and if it finds a disk:

    1) get a file listing of it
    2) check the time stamps of all the files on it
    3) if a stamp is recent (within the minute of the real time) then find same file on HDD (using API) and cross-reference the two.
    4) do what u want it to do...

if know it sounds like alot, but i thought it may help...

There are a number of monitor programs available just for this purpose.

Check out www.download.com or www.cnet.com or do a search on computer monitors. Should find what your looking for.
