[RESOLVED] How to have an automated href hyperlink on a local domain server of mine???

I wish to have an automated hyperlink connected to my domain server and execute a windows binary exe file in the window of the web browser, then. I had the source code for automatic refreshing the webpage, then moved to another machine and then lost the source code, then. Could you please, help me with my problem at hand, then???

Maybe (in case it was customers), the suggestion was more like:
"Could you offer a download for your App on your Website?"

Are you sure, what you are after is not something like that
(a simple download-link, as anybody else is using it for deployment)?

Hey dudes, I got it to work for me. Like in the way to get ActiveX to then be displayed in Edge, etc. It's called: IE Tab Extention. It works like a charm, then hey dudes
