Please, test something:

Remove or comment the Refresh in the form Activate (the current workaround).

In the procedure: 'Private Function ISubclass_WindowProc...'
at: 'Case WM_DRAW', comment or delete the line 'mDrawMessagePosted = False"

Please report back if that fixes the issue.
