    Post Graphics lib

    I downloaded ron thomas' graphics lib from http://www.rbthomas.freeserve.co.uk/, does anyone know how to use it? The doc that came with tells you what functions are in it, but not how to use it.

    Use FUTURE library instead. http://qbasic.qb45.com
    You might incorporate it with ASM.
    ASM,C,C++,BASIC,VB,JAVA,VBS,HTML,ASP,PHP,mySQL,VB.NET,MATLAB
    Programming is fun, but only if you're not on a tight deadline

    no reason for you to say that. It is written in ASM and is open
    source. I got a copy of the source code. Too bad it uses bank-switching.
    BASIC doesn't sucks, it just simplifies works, hey, I believe lots
    of people start out with BASIC!

    I started out in BASIC on a VIC-20. I was actually thinking of creating my own BASIC written in Assembly. I got a good start on it too. But another project got in my way and I havn't had time to do it.

    BASIC is good for those who never programmed before in their life. I recommend learning BASIC before learning anything else. It will then give you some idea of structured programming.

    I recomend never touching basic at all. I learned it for about 2 days, and then moved on to a real programming language.

    Uh, don't you know you can integrate asm into BASIC?
    Most of my good old BASIC programs have the speed of asm
    when I pour asm into them.
