    Well you have established what you want now you need to establish how you are going to acomplish it.

    Some information you might want to look up.

    Modem Handshaking
    Modem Command Sets
    Modem Init Strings, also Auto Answer and Class Modes.
    TCP/IP over Dialup
    IXP/SPX over Dialup
    DirectX TCP/IP sockets
