    Beginner

    I have been programing in VB for about 2 years and for about the past 18 months I have been very currious about API's. I have decided that API's are something that I would like to start utilizing. Where can I go to get the best base of knowledge.

    Those sites are good, but I have found the most help to come from the MSDN Library. You can go to this link and order the subscription http://msdn.microsoft.com/ .
