Question How To Open Printer Queue Panel Window

    Greetings,
my application has printing feature, some times user print and before even power on the printer and as they don't see any printout instantly they click print button again that's makes printing twice or even more.

so, i have used code to check if there any print jobs running and stop the print process if any and ask user to complete the running print or delete those jobs. But the problem is some user even not that much tech savy to open the printer queue panel.

So, i want to open/launch the queue panel for them, but i can't seems to find any way.. rather than this so (stack overflow question) which does not work in my case ( i commented on the answer)

so, can any one help me out on this issue? please?

    thanks in advance

    best regards
