    I'm talking about the bigger EXE file and afer extraction the size stays the same, that's weird, but also good!

    Regarding CONF file, as you proposed I did it like this:

    If itResID = 901 Then
  ReDim Preserve byBin(481454) 
End If
    and it's extracting fine now!
