w00t and 1337...
Is there a dictionary or something somewhere, so I can find out just what the hell you guys are talking about when you say this crap?

Well, many of them can barely write in English (or use grammar) and so I doubt that they are much good at that crap either

Well, what do those mean then? I think 1337 has something to do with elite. I hate weird languages like that. Mainly because I don't know them. It reminds me of elementary school, when the cooler kids would exclude me from stuff. Oh the pain, the pain of it all!!!

Dear crptcblade,
Don't worry, you are cool. You don't need to have this pain, and do you know know why? Because you're good enough, smart enough, and gosh darn't, people like you.
Sincerely,
crptcblade
P.S. - I don't think you're fat.

w00t is an expression of joy..it comes from "root" (the administrator account in Linux), and of course being the admin is a good thing , i think it also derives from "wooo!!" which would also express joy
l33t is "elite", it can be l33t, 31337, 1337, or a few other forms...
I use them all the time and I'm not a script kiddy or hacker, so don't stereotype people
I'm bringing geeky back...
