hi,i want create exe file or hv exe and then want monitor send get net data used

hi,i created a exe file with vb or i hv a exe file, and then i used a url for send or recieve data from net by get or post method.now i want check this exe file and know how can monitor or find that url or send or recieved data and parameters when i run that exe file.

any idea,i know i can install monitoring network softwares but i want find url used in exe file or data parameteres used in network


any idea or any way ?
