Unhappy And you thought your work life is going badly

Ok yesterday at 12pm my works admin servers 2nd hard disk just failed(hardware fault).

Trouble is that contained all admins files and information!
We hardly keep any paper files as it's all scanned in etc.

Now thats allright 2 hours later HP have couriered me a new HD, very surprised at service, and 15 mins later i've got it up and running.
    Yey, now guess what?

Yep you got it i go to the backups to retrieve all the admin information to find that it's been back ing up only the 1 server and the f___ing up on the 2nd with no errors, warnings anything.
    Just no data!!
So last good backup could be late july maybe june!
So off i send it to Dr Disk the disk doctor in melbourne australia to see if the doctor can get any data off it!
    Which costs thousands off $$$.

But still cheaper than the work involved in getting admin to re-do all accounts for months! Which has been estinmated at $20 000.

To add to my dilema some **** downloads a virus from one of the employees who got it from there home address!

All my stuff was on that drive as well!

    I hate computers!

Article I of IT: Never put anything on a computer that cannot be backed up; if it's not crucial enough to back up, it's wasting storage space.
