    Chosk, which OS are you on? Not Win10?

    EDIT:
    I made a manifested EXE as well now.
    On Win7, it works as expected.
    On Win10, it doesn't.
    Both tested in VMs.

    I was on Win7.

    I just tested in Win10. Yes, .ShowTips = False does not work with Theme.

    I also just tested MS toolbar v5 and v6 to check the problem. Their .ShowTips is read-only.
