    I'm looking for a good animated GIF creator to make my programs look more profesional. Does anybody know where I can get one???

    I use Paint Shop Pro 5 with Animation Shop - one of the most popular and highly acclaimed image editing programs by Jasc Software. But now version 6 is available. You can download trial version at http://www.jasc.com/.

    For some sweet effect you can add to pics, you can use Adobe Photoshop. Like fades, twirls, and other effects.
