Browser(IE 5) keeps crashing - new install required: install 5.5 or 6?
My browser keeps crashing especially on this site. Will a reinstall help? And if yes IE 5.5 or 6.0? Has anyone any experience with IE6? Is it stable and recommendable?
thx,
Helger

Now IE6 has been officially released (not beta anymore), I'd recommend IE6.

I'm using IE6 right now. I'm not having any problems with it and it has some neat new features.

Hi helger
My IE5 also went nuts after a while , crashing and loading only half of a web site things like that. Even with a number of reinstalls it kept on mucking up. a quick install of 5.5 fixed everything. maybe 5 had built in obsolescence.
regards
Stuart
