dont think so
hey mary,
I don't think it will be available because i wanted a j2ee copy about few months ago. It was only available for 2k or nt. It is limited to those OSs, because of it is better for server capabilities. I am disgruntled, because i wanted it for testing purposes and stuff . Maybe I can upgrade to 2k soon or 2002(when it comes out).

2002 is already out in beta form, and they just finalized the code. Under the name of Windows XP, it will be released in October.

I heard that Java won't be supported in XP, you know if that's true?

In IE, you have to download the VM.
