    Controlling/Muting Sound Volume?

    I have a question about controlling the volume of a PC through C++ API calls. I would like to know the structure/function that allows a user to change the master volume on a PC as well as mute it. any information would be helpful, thanks.

    You can find a lot about it on this forum. Just use the search function. And if there's nothing you like, just take a look at PlanetSourceCode and search for 'sound volume' or something. I found very very much usefull stuff.
