Redirecting from a secret file
how do i make it so if i type in a link like http://www.tengauge.com/login.html and thats a secret html file, how do i make it so it redirects it to the login page and if its right it goes in but if i just type in the link it goes to the login page, any help would help.

what do you want? are you saying if you type in your url it should automatically goto the login page? or if you typed in the url with the login and you want to check to see if a user is already logged in or not?
one you could check for a cookie on the user hard drive and see if he has been here before. you can use javascript or cgi or php to accomplish this.
did I hit some where close to what you are asking?

Yea i have made a login applet and if its right it dose to the url i specified, so if any finds out that url it will redirect them to my applet, is their any way?
its here http://revenge.freeservers.com/login tell me if their are any ways around it.
So what i am asking if i goto http://www.tengauge.com/adminkatfg tr_sdgsjdg.html it will go to the login page, any ideas

so you want everybody to login? so if they find your secret page then it will redirect them to the login. after they login will they go to that page?
the reason I ask is you can use meta tags if nobody is every suppose to go to that page.
other than that I don't think you can do that with straight HTML. you would need a cgi script or php or asp. it could check for the submit from the login page.
